To lead Pulsar Technologies Portugal, Pulsar has recruited Victor Fortunato, based in Lisbon (Portugal).
Victor Fortunato brings in an extensive experience, as he has had top executive positions in corporations such as Hewlett-Packard or De Lage Landen, in the areas of finance, commercial, or top executive management. Mr. Fortunato was a major sponsor to the development of competitive flexible cost-effective Technology Finance programs and continues to pursue high-growth initiatives with the development of pay-per-use, revenue sharing and venture debt arrangement. These innovative programs are being leveraged today as part of Pulsar strategy.
Pulsar Technologies seeks to bring into the Portuguese market its printer monitoring solutions to provide full MPS services, and its network monitoring tools with applications such as VIGIA. The Portuguese market, despite its relative smaller size, is highly interesting due to its advanced development of MPS services.
