Privacy Policy: Additional and detailed information on personal data protection.

The purpose of this privacy policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) is to provide additional and detailed information to interested parties on the Privacy Policy of PULSAR TECHNOLOGIES, SA (hereinafter, “PULSARTEC”), in compliance with the regulations on this matter, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December 2018 on Data Protection and Data Security of the European Union (hereinafter, “PULSARTEC”). It is intended to help the User to make informed decisions when using the Website and to understand how we will treat the personal information provided by the User through the various data collection forms on the Website. For what purpose do we process the User’s personal data?
PULSARTEC will collect your name and e-mail address through the “Leave a comment” form in the Blog section, the subscription form to our Blog, the newsletter subscription form and the “Do you have any queries?

PULSARTEC will collect your name, e-mail address and telephone number via the “Request an appointment without obligation” form and the “We’ll call you back” form. PULSARTEC will process the data provided on these forms for the following purposes: management of the publication of comments on the various blog entries, management of the subscription to the blog, management of the subscription to the newsletter, resolution of queries raised, management of the free prior information session, management of appointment requests and resolution of queries by telephone.

What is the legal basis for the processing of the User’s personal data?
The legal basis that legitimises and allows us to process the User’s personal data is the consent given by the User by explicitly accepting this Privacy Policy, by accepting the “check box”, made available to him/her in each of the data collection forms referred to above.

How long will we keep the User’s personal data?
PULSARTEC will keep the personal data provided for the time necessary to fulfil the request made by the User.

To which recipients will the User’s personal data be communicated?
The data will not be communicated to third parties except, where appropriate, to competent authorities in the exercise of their functions. Thus, the personal data provided by the User on the Website may be communicated to public bodies, courts and other administrative authorities, when we consider that it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or for the exercise of legal actions against claims.

What are the User’s rights when providing us with personal data?
The User has and may exercise the following rights in relation to the personal information provided to PULSARTEC:

Right of access: the User has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether PULSARTEC is processing personal data concerning him/her and to access such personal data.

Right of rectification: the User may request the rectification of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.

Right of erasure: the User has the right to ask us to delete or erase his or her personal data in certain circumstances where, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or if he or she withdraws his or her consent (in relation to consent-based processing).

Right to restriction of processing: You may ask us, in certain circumstances, to temporarily restrict the processing of the personal data provided, for example, where you contest the accuracy of such personal data or object to the processing in which case we will only retain the personal data for the purpose of pursuing or defending claims.

Right to data portability: the User has the right, in the case of processing carried out by automated means, to obtain personal data that he or she has provided to us (in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format) and to request that it be transferred to another controller, where technically possible.

To revoke consent: the User shall have the right to revoke his/her consent at any time. 

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the User may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (agpd.es) if he/she has any doubts about our privacy practices, including the way in which we have processed his/her personal data, especially when he/she has not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of his/her rights.

The User has the possibility of exercising his/her legal rights before the Data Controller, at any time, by sending a written request to PULSARTEC to the e-mail address: jparga@pulsartec.com which appears in this Privacy Policy (Reference: “Exercise of GDPR rights”) which must contain: his/her name and surname, photocopy of his/her ID card. N.I./N.I.F. (passport or other valid document that identifies you), the request in which your request is specified, address for notification purposes, date, signature and, where appropriate, documents
supporting documents of the request you are making.
